Mow Masters Lawn Care, LLC specializes in weekly and biweekly lawn
maintenance. All prices include mowing with a 21 inch light weight mower, edging
all sidewalks, curbs, driveway and alley, line trimming around house, fences,
trees, and beds, and cleaning concrete areas with an air blower.
Prices are determined by the size of your lawn and the frequency of service.
Rates listed below are for commonly designed flat lawns.
Prices may vary due to uncommon situations and on the first service visit.

Lots areas of over 12,000 sq. ft., tall grass, and/or non regular basis services
are priced on an individual basis.
A Note on Biweekly Service- While we offer this service for $5 to $10 more than weekly service, we highly recommend weekly service if you want your lawn to look it's best. Two weeks is too much growth to cleanly cut in most cases, and biweekly mowing may result in problems such a clumps of grass left in the yard or an uneven cut. Therefore, in most cases, we will not send the crew back to correct these issues on biweekly accounts.

Mow Masters also offers fertilization and hedge trimming to our regular mowing customers.

Canceling Service-
You may cancel your service at any time. No contracts or year around service
required.
CALENDAR
March (early) - Biweekly service begins for all customers.
March (late) - Fertilization # 1*
April (early) - Weekly service begins for weekly customers.
May (late) - Fertilization # 2*.
July (mid) - Fertilization # 3*.
September (late) - Fertilization # 4 (final)*.
October (late) - Weekly service goes to biweekly.
November (late) – Regularly scheduled service ends for the season.
Winter service is upon request – please schedule in advance.

To help us better serve you, please prepare the lawn area prior to your
scheduled day of service. Safety is of utmost importance to Mow Masters - for
both our customers and our employees. Your assistance in the following will be
appreciated:

Please remove miscellaneous objects from the mow areas (i.e.,
debris, animal waste, toys, rocks, roll up garden hoses, etc.). For sanitary
reasons, please remove animal waste from mow areas.

For the protection, safety, and to prevent escape of your pets and
for the safety of our employees, please keep pets indoors.
|
|
|
To prevent mud and difficult mowing, please do not water your lawn
on the day of or the day before your scheduled service dates.
|
|
|
If you normally lock your gate, and if you prefer not to leave your gate unlocked, please provide us with a key or combination.
It is the customer's responsibility to remember to have gate(s) unlocked on service dates. In most cases, if the gate(s) are locked, we can not return or reduce the price for that specific service date.

If it rains on your scheduled day, plan accordingly for us to come. However, depending upon how much it rains, we may be a day or two
behind. It is our goal to develop the most pleasant working relationship possible with and for our customers.
